The city of Glenn Heights, located strategically along IH-35 East, is divided between Dallas and Ellis counties. Known for its business friendly and hospitable nature, Glenn Heights has continued to grow since its incorporation on September 16, 1969. N.L. Craddock, a Dallas firefighter, played an integral part of Glenn Heights’ incorporation. Participating deterred his business from being annexed by the neighboring city, DeSoto.
