HOW TO START A SMALL BUSINESS
Got a business idea that won’t go away? Have you always had the entrepreneurial spirit but just don’t know where to start?
The Navarro College Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will sponsor a free seminar on How to Start a Small Business on Thursday, May 16, 2013 from 2:00-4:00 p.m., at Citizens National Bank, 310 N. 9th Street, Midlothian, TX 76065.
This seminar is free but pre-registration is required. To register, call the Navarro College SBDC at (972) 923-6425 or email sbdc@navarrocollege.edu.
The Navarro College Small Business Development Center will present the workshop and will introduce attendees to the “nuts and bolts” of starting their own small business. Attendees will explore the feasibility of their business ideas and learn the basics of registering a business, choosing a legal form of business ownership, filing proper permits and licenses, and evaluating financial options.
